Vincent Schrump started as an analyst on the CFO Solutions team in April 2021 and has been serving advisors in a CFO capacity since March 2025. He provides advisors with actionable insights based on financial analysis and strategic planning to help drive higher practice valuations.
Vincent’s career in financial services spans more than a decade through a combination of insurance, wealth management, and finance. Since joining LPL’s CFO Solutions, he developed and implemented the advisor onboarding process for the program, while becoming a valuable contributor to the development and enhancement of our financial models. Vincent has successfully supported over 100 client relationships during his tenure with the CFO Solutions team.

Vincent resides in Mooresville, NC despite hailing from South Florida. Current member of the Financial Planning Association®. He is an avid Weightlifter and jogger.
